This month is not too much unlike the last several months. Some of the numbers have changed slightly but overall it’s pretty much the same picture. What did change this last month was interest rates. Interest rates took another drop and are now in the low 2’s. As a matter of fact we were just able to lock a buyer in at 2.25% which probably an all-time low. While this is still a very good seller’s market it is also an awesome time for buyers to get in the market because interest rates are so low.
