Mansionette Country Estates is a prestigious home owners association of 128 homes. The homes are seated on at least two acres. This wonderful association has horse trails that run throughout the neighborhood. The neighborhood, which was established in the 1980s, is one of the best equestrian/suburban neighborhoods in Clovis. The beautiful floor plans range from 2000 to over 3400 square feet. Many of the homes have additional features that include horse set ups, shops barns and some even have tennis courts. The HOA fees cover the maintenance of the 400+ olive trees in the neighborhood, the bridal paths and ponding basins. They also pay for the weed control in the ditches and pay for street lighting.
